Customer & General Inquiries

In the email contact form, scroll and select a topic in the “Select Topic”  drop down menu. This will help us route your inquiry to the correct person(s) and speed up a response. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply during the summer season, and up to 72 hours in the off-season or when we are closed. See our calendar page for our exact hours and months of operations.

Donation Requests

If you would like to request a donation, select “Donation Request” in the “Select Topic”  drop down menu of the email contact form. At the top of your email, include your name, the details of your cause or program, the type of donation you are requesting, and if applicable, the approximate date of your last visit to our facility. Email attachments are not available, nor do we open any attachments from unverified sources. Your email request will be forwarded to the appropriate person(s) for evaluation, and someone will respond if interested. Our staff members are not allowed to accept phone calls for donation requests or provide company information, so we thank you for following this protocol and respecting their time. Your cooperation and respect for our staff helps us manage the large volume of donation requests we receive. Lastly, one email is sufficient. Someone will let you know if we have any interest or require additional information.

Sales Solicitations

If you would like to introduce us to your product or service, select “Sales Solicitation” in the “Select Topic”  drop down menu of the email contact form. At the top of your email, include basic information about your product or service, your company website address, and relevant contact information. Email attachments are not available, nor do we open any attachments from unverified sources. If you follow these directions, your information will be forwarded to the appropriate person(s) for evaluation, and someone will respond if interested. Our staff members are not allowed to accept sales calls or provide company information, so we thank you for following this protocol and respecting their time.
